Who Can Leave a Review

Only Customers who have completed a job through CleanoutHub may leave a review for a HubHauler.

Reviews must be tied to a completed listing or confirmed job interaction.

What Reviews Should Include

We encourage honest, respectful feedback that covers:

• Communication

• Professionalism

• Punctuality

• Job quality

• Overall experience

Reviews should reflect your personal experience with the service provided.

What Is Not Allowed

The following content may be removed:

• False or misleading statements

• Reviews from individuals who did not complete a job

• Profanity, threats, or abusive language

• Personal attacks

• Discriminatory or hateful content

• Sharing private contact information

• Reviews used for extortion or retaliation

CleanoutHub reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews that violate these standards.

Disputing a Review

HubHaulers may contact us if they believe a review is:

• Factually incorrect

• Left in bad faith

• Related to a job that did not occur

We may request supporting documentation from both parties before making a decision.

No Lead Selling or Paid Reviews

CleanoutHub does not sell leads or manipulate reviews.

We do not allow:

• Paid reviews

• Incentivized feedback

• Fake accounts used to boost ratings

Accounts found violating this policy may be suspended or removed.

Review Visibility

Reviews may remain visible even if:

• A job was refunded

• A disagreement occurred

• The parties did not reach a resolution

As long as the review follows our content standards, it may remain published.

Platform Neutrality

CleanoutHub acts as a marketplace platform connecting Customers and HubHaulers. We do not guarantee outcomes of individual jobs.

Reviews reflect the opinions of users and do not represent the views of CleanoutHub.

Policy Updates

We may update this Review Policy as the platform grows. Continued use of CleanoutHub indicates acceptance of any updates.
