These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CleanoutHub website located at https://cleanouthub.com and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by CleanoutHub.

By accessing or using CleanoutHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Platform Purpose

CleanoutHub is an online marketplace that connects individuals and businesses seeking junk removal or cleanout services (“Customers”) with independent service providers (“Haulers”).

CleanoutHub is solely a technology platform and does not provide junk removal, cleanout, hauling, or labor services. CleanoutHub does not employ, control, supervise, or direct any Haulers.

All services are performed by independent contractors. CleanoutHub is not responsible for the performance, conduct, quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any services provided by Haulers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and current.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

CleanoutHub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Hauler Memberships and Fees

Haulers may be required to purchase a paid membership to access certain Platform features, including customer contact information.

Membership terms:

Membership fees are billed in advance
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
CleanoutHub may change membership pricing with notice

CleanoutHub does not guarantee any number of job opportunities, leads, income, or business success.

Failure to maintain an active membership may result in restricted access.

5. Customer Listings

Customers may post cleanout job listings.

Customers agree to provide accurate information and communicate honestly.

Customers are solely responsible for paying Haulers directly.

CleanoutHub does not process payments between Customers and Haulers and is not responsible for payment disputes, non-payment, or payment disagreements.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Haulers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of CleanoutHub.

CleanoutHub does not control how Haulers perform their work and is not responsible for any acts, omissions, damages, injuries, losses, or claims resulting from services performed by Haulers.

Customers assume full responsibility when hiring a Hauler.

7. Property Damage and Liability Disclaimer

CleanoutHub is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, theft, loss, disputes, or claims arising from services performed by Haulers.

All risks associated with hiring or performing services are assumed by the Customer and Hauler.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
Submit fake listings or fraudulent information
Refuse payment for completed services
Use the Platform for illegal purposes
Attempt to bypass Platform fees

CleanoutHub reserves the right to investigate and take action.

9. User Conduct, Reports, and Account Suspension

CleanoutHub may investigate complaints including harassment, fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or non-payment.

CleanoutHub may, at its sole discretion:

Issue warnings
Suspend accounts
Terminate accounts permanently
Remove listings or profiles

Membership fees are non-refundable for accounts terminated due to violations.

CleanoutHub may take action without prior notice.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may submit reviews based on actual service experiences.

Reviews must be truthful and related to legitimate services.

CleanoutHub reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse reviews that are false, misleading, retaliatory, abusive, or unrelated to services performed.

Haulers may dispute reviews.

CleanoutHub has final authority regarding review removal.

11. No Guarantee of Leads, Jobs, or Income

CleanoutHub makes no guarantees regarding:

Number of leads
Number of jobs
Business growth
Income or revenue

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanoutHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

CleanoutHub’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to CleanoutHub in the past twelve (12) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleanoutHub from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your conduct
Your services or business activities

14. Termination

CleanoutHub may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason.

Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey.

Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Changes to Terms

CleanoutHub may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
