CleanoutHub is an online marketplace platform that connects customers seeking junk removal and cleanout services with independent service providers (“HubHaulers”).

CleanoutHub is not a junk removal company and does not provide hauling, labor, transportation, disposal, or cleanout services. CleanoutHub operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates communication between customers and independent contractors.

Platform Role

CleanoutHub provides the tools that allow:

• Customers to post job requests
• Independent HubHaulers to review and respond to posted jobs
• Direct communication between customers and HubHaulers

CleanoutHub does not:

• Employ, supervise, or control HubHaulers
• Set pricing or negotiate service terms
• Guarantee availability, performance, or results
• Provide on-site services
• Act as an agent, partner, or joint venture of any HubHauler

All HubHaulers operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for:

• Licensing and business compliance
• Insurance coverage
• Pricing and payment terms
• Work quality and service delivery
• Compliance with local, state, and federal laws

Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing on the CleanoutHub platform creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between CleanoutHub and any HubHauler. HubHaulers are independent businesses that choose which jobs to pursue.

Customers contract directly with the selected HubHauler. Any agreement for services, payment, scheduling, or scope of work exists solely between the customer and the HubHauler.

No Lead Selling Model

CleanoutHub does not sell exclusive leads to contractors in the traditional sense. Instead, job postings are visible to eligible HubHaulers who may independently decide whether to respond.

CleanoutHub does not guarantee that customers will receive responses, nor does it guarantee that HubHaulers will secure work from posted jobs.

Payments

Unless otherwise expressly stated in separate written terms, payment for services is made directly between the customer and the HubHauler. CleanoutHub does not process or hold funds for completed services unless a specific payment feature is implemented and governed by separate terms.

Limitation of Platform Responsibility

Because CleanoutHub does not control the conduct of customers or HubHaulers, we are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services performed
• Damage, loss, or disputes arising from services
• Misrepresentations made by users
• Licensing or insurance status of service providers

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into service agreements.
