HubHaulers FAQ's
Everything you need to know about becoming a HubHauler on CleanoutHub – how the platform works, how you receive opportunities, and how you operate as an independent service provider.
General Questions
What is a HubHauler?
A HubHauler is an independent junk removal or cleanout service provider who uses CleanoutHub to connect with customers posting cleanout requests. HubHaulers operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of CleanoutHub.
How does CleanoutHub work for HubHaulers?
Customers post cleanout requests within their local area. HubHaulers serving that area are notified of relevant job opportunities. You may review the request and choose whether to introduce your services through the platform’s messaging system.
There is no public bidding board and no auction-style competition.
Are leads sold to multiple providers?
CleanoutHub does not operate a traditional “lead selling” model. The platform is designed to connect customers and service providers directly, without charging per lead simply to view a request.
How do I get paid?
HubHaulers are paid directly by the customer for completed services. CleanoutHub does not collect, hold, or distribute job payments between parties. You are responsible for setting your pricing, invoicing the customer, and collecting payment.
Can I choose which jobs to pursue?
Yes. HubHaulers have full discretion to determine which job requests align with their availability, service scope, and business model. There is no obligation to respond to or accept every opportunity.
What service areas can I select?
You define your own service area within your HubHauler dashboard. You may choose to operate locally, regionally, or across multiple counties or states, depending on your business capacity.
Is CleanoutHub available nationwide?
CleanoutHub is expanding nationally. Job volume may vary based on customer activity in your specific region.
How can I strengthen my profile and increase bookings?
HubHaulers who maintain complete and professional profiles tend to perform best. We recommend:
Listing your official business name
Uploading a clear company logo
Providing a detailed service description
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Maintaining consistent communication
Professional presentation and responsiveness significantly influence customer decisions.
What is a Verified HubHauler?
Verified HubHaulers have completed additional profile validation steps within the platform. Verification status is displayed on your profile to help build customer confidence.
Are background checks required?
At this time, CleanoutHub does not conduct mandatory background checks. HubHaulers operate as independent businesses and are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Do I need insurance or licensing?
HubHaulers are solely responsible for maintaining any required licenses, permits, or insurance necessary to operate legally within their jurisdiction. CleanoutHub does not provide business insurance coverage.
How does communication with customers work?
Initial communication occurs through the CleanoutHub messaging system. Once a job is secured, you may coordinate scheduling and logistics directly with the customer.
What types of jobs are typically posted?
Common cleanout requests include:
Single item removal
Garage and basement cleanouts
Estate and foreclosure cleanouts
Apartment and tenant turnover cleanouts
Full property cleanouts
Job scope varies by location and customer need.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Because payment arrangements are handled directly between HubHaulers and customers, cancellation terms should be clearly communicated by you prior to scheduling service.
How do reviews work?
After a completed job, customers may leave a review on your profile. Reviews contribute to your professional reputation on the platform and may influence future booking opportunities.
How does CleanoutHub generate revenue?
CleanoutHub operates as a marketplace platform connecting customers and independent service providers. Any applicable platform fees or service terms are disclosed within your HubHauler dashboard. The platform does not rely on per-lead sales.
