Before a HubHauler can respond to job requests, they must:

• Provide a valid email address and phone number
• Confirm their service area
• Agree to CleanoutHub’s Terms of Service and Platform Policies

We monitor accounts for suspicious activity, duplicate registrations, or misuse of the platform.

Business Representation Standards

HubHaulers must:

• Accurately represent their business name
• Use authentic business logos or branding (if applicable)
• Provide truthful descriptions of services offered
• Maintain clear and honest communication with customers

Misrepresentation or impersonation is grounds for account suspension.

Professional Conduct Requirements

CleanoutHub reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly generate complaints or violate platform standards.

Independent Contractor Notice

CleanoutHub does not supervise job performance or guarantee service outcomes. Customers and HubHaulers enter into service agreements directly with one another.
